We found the apartment very satifactory. We missed an easy chair or two, and there could have been more storing space in the small bedroom. But the apartment is very well positioned beeing so close to the main square and all the commotion that goes on there. We had a wonderful time! Thanks!

The phoenix apartment was great. well located just a few steps from the main square and with a nice relation quality/price. Very nice.

Ideally lokated one can easily stroll around the Old Town in the evening and visit concerts or pubs or ... the appartement had lots of room for the four of us while being quiet enough to sleep well at night. The rating 4 (instead of 5) comes only because the closest secure parking-lot is pretty far away! As a hotel-guest one can apply for a temporary parking-permit in the area around the hotel - maybe that could be also possible for someone who rents an appartement? Enjoy Your visit as much as we did!

Phoenix Apartment was big and beautifull. In summer, without airco, very hot (we bought a ventilator ourselves, but in our view it had to be standard in the apartment). So close to the centre is fantastic. Restaurants and terrasses are wonderfull and a big compliment to Krakow: you feel yourself safe at the street on every minute of the day/night.

The apartment is really central and has everything you need for a good stay in Krakow. It's literally two minutes walk from the main market square, and is surrounded by great bars and restaurants. It has been nicely refurbished to look contemporary whilst leaving in place period features, and the furnishing is clean and newish (lots of IKEA mixed with the odd original art deco piece). My only gripes, and I'm being really fussy in even mentioning them, are the lack of soundproofing (we were treated to a neighbours very early morning burst of song, which was rather charming) and the lack of a wardrobe in the small bedroom. But generally it was a great place to stay in an amazing city and I'd happily stay there again.

Spent a week-end in Krakow with four friends. Apartment in excellent location for main square (30 mtrs). Fully equipped. Would recommend using Phoenix Apt. for a visit to Krakow

The appartment is great. Excellent location and great value for your money.

We were a party of 4, two married couples. Plently of space, nice apartment. Very well placed, close to everything, but far enough away for a little peace if you want it. The second bedroom was short of hanging space and the water wasn't always hot, but minor things. I would definately stay there again.

4 of us stayed in this apartment and we all truly enjoyed the experience. The apartment was wonderful very spacious and very well equipped. We have already recommended it to our family and friends will definetly stay here again when we return! Thank you all very much!!

We stayed in the Pheonix appartments. The appartment was great , very central, lots of space , lovely and warm and very well fitted out. We had a very busy 5 days but very much enjoyed our stay. There were lots of great eating places very close so we did not have to travel . The information services next door were superb and helped out on many different issues. We would reccomend Kracow and the appartment for a holiday.

We would just like to say thanks for your lovely accommodation in Krakow. The apartment was superb and suited all our needs perfectly. Also the arrangement of transport too and from the airport was extremely helpful as was the assistance of your colleague David.

The apartment was fantastic, ideally located and much more spacious than the photos on the web site suggested. It had everything we needed. We wish the beds had been a little softer, and that the hot water had always been hot ....- but we had a great time and Daniel was very helpful, easy to get hold of when we needed and organised a taxi back to the airport for us. Krakow was wonderful and we would definitely book the apartment again.

Excellent location. Fairly quiet. Lots of space in the rooms. Bedding (sheets) should be larger to fit the beds better. A few more supplies in the kitchen. It was nice to have the hosts there waiting when we arrived so we could get in without delay. Very friedly and helpful too.

The apartment itself was excellent and in an ideal location close enough to everything and just far enough away to avoid the drunken loud mobs at the end of a night. The main square is just up the road with tourist info centre and departure of tourist buses. Castle only 10 min walk away and close to pubs and restaurants.
