How do I check into my Accession apartment?

There are 3 options...

1) You can meet one of our team on arrival at the airport or train station who will deliver you to your apartment (small additional fee for the airport transfer)
2) You can meet one of our team at a pre-arrranged time at your chosen apartment.
3) You can meet one of our team at a pre-arranged time at our main office on Garncarska 8/4

Is there somewhere where we can leave our luggage if we arrive in Krakow before check-in and/or if we will be leaving Krakow some hours after check-out?

Yes, you can always leave your luggage at our office on Garncarska 8/4. Check-in and check-out times may also be flexible (please see above.)

What does the price include?

The price includes fresh towels, bed linen and free WI-FI internet access

Are the prices at all negotiable?

Yes. We are happy to give you a discount for stays longer than one week or if you are booking several apartments.

How big are the apartments?

The apartments are all different sizes but are very spacious. When we advertise a two-bedroom apartment, this means that it has two separate bedrooms as well as a kitchen, a living-room and bathroom(s). The average size of our two bedroom apartments is 100 square metres.

Where in Krakow are the apartments located?

All of our apartments are located within a 10 minutes (maximum) walk of the medieval market square in the centre of Krakow's Old Town. Precise information relating to the location of each apartment is to be found on the page of each individual apartment.

Where can I park my car?

On arrival we will be happy to show you the most convenient place to park near your apartment. For all locations it is possible to park either on the street or in a secure parking lot within 5 minutes walk of the apartment.

Do the apartments have internet?

Yes. All of the apartments have free WI-FI internet. To be able to use it, please just bring along your laptop (with wireless card). In each apartment there are instructions about how to log on.

How long does it take to get from Krakow (Balice) airport to the centre of town?

30 minutes maximum.

What languages do you speak at Accession Apartments?

All of us speak English and Polish. Some of us also speak French, Spanish, Catalan, German, Italian and Greek.
